Unlike *every other restaurant* I visited in Italy, you cannot bring water in to drink. That’s right, you can’t drink water out of your own bottle inside the restaurant or the waiter may demand you out it away or buy a drink. Oh, also, they don’t even offer the excellent tap water for which Rome is well-known!
Other than that, the All You Can Eat is a good deal if you’re hungry and know what to order. The wait staff were quite nice overall except for the water.

I have eaten at Fogli d'oro several times, both for lunch and dinner. Many times I have also ordered take-away food and picked it up at the restaurant.
The menu is varied, ranging from Chinese to Japanese cuisine. Standard dishes and presentation, nothing exceptional. A slightly gloomy place with furniture from about 20 years ago.
To contain costs and maintain the same profit, the Uramaki which last year had a certain size are now made smaller.
The staff, on the whole, are friendly but everyone is a bit slow and anxious, especially the tall guy at the cash register who is truly in another world. For this reason my overall rating is ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars. I hope I was helpful. Walter 😊

Even if occasionally, I have been coming to eat here for 20 years. The area is perhaps not the best for this restaurant and many things have changed in the meantime. However, the standards of quality and courtesy are always high. The environment is also very pleasant, clean, comfortable, quiet, ideal for any type of dinner. It is also open for lunch obviously.
I have known this Chinese restaurant for many years, always managed by the same owners. He always gives them top food without ever having any type of digestion problem. Prices aligned with the times.
